Dr. Victor Huynh earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his psychiatry residency at the University of Hawaii Department of Psychiatry, where he trained across diverse clinical settings. He served as Chief Resident in his final year, contributing to leadership, patient care, and medical education.
